Fast and Free Shipping

Our products are currently sold in Hong Kong SAR and 48 contiguous states of the United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Guam). Different markets have different order and shipping processing times after your payment is verified.

For orders in the US market, it may take up to 1-2business days for us to process and ship the goods to FedEx or UPS. The shipping time after that also takes 3-5 business days. The delivery date will be within 4-7 business days, but we will appreciate your patience and understanding when statutory holidays, extreme weather, inventory shortages and other uncontrollable factors cause delivery delays. All products will be shipped from our warehouses in different regions of the United States according to market conditions.

For orders in Hong Kong SAR, it may take up to 1-2 business days for us to process and ship the goods to SF Express acceptance points, and the shipping time after that also takes 1-2 business days. The delivery date will be within 2-4 business days, but we will appreciate your patience and understanding when statutory holidays, extreme weather, inventory shortages and other uncontrollable factors cause delivery delays. All products will be shipped from our warehouse in Hong Kong

We offer free shipping to Hong Kong SAR and the United States, and tariffs are included in the price.

Purchases and shipping are limited to Hong Kong SAR and the 48 contiguous states of the United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Guam.

Shipping Details

We cannot ship to PO boxes, APO (Army Post Office), FPO (Fleet Post Office), DPO (Diplomatic Post Office) destinations or freight forwarders.

If you order multiple products, you may receive 1 package. The reasons for shipment are as follows:

We usually try to maximize the use of boxes without exceeding the upper limit of product volume. If you purchase multiple items, you may also receive 1 package.

Shipping Address Change

Because Tongueclear aims to complete orders as quickly as possible, we cannot change the shipping address or other details on the order once the order is shipped. So please be sure to check your delivery address carefully before placing an order. If you want to change it, please contact us in time to avoid unnecessary trouble for you.

Order Cancellation

If the product has not started to ship, we will refund the full amount.

If the product is in the process of being shipped, it cannot be cancelled. The shipping cost of returning the product will be deducted from your refund. If you refuse to accept the delivery, Tongueclear reserves the right to deduct the shipping cost from your refund.

Lost or Missing Package

If you received a shipping notification via email and have not found or received your order, please try:

Check the shipping address (if you live in a residential area)

Check again with the receptionist at the reception desk (if you live in an apartment area)

Tongueclear reserves the right to refuse assistance or assume responsibility for all lost claims that are reported to us 30 days after the delivery date or because the customer provided an incorrect/incomplete shipping address.

Some carriers' delivery notifications are sent out 24 hours before actual arrival. If you still cannot find your package, please report this to us immediately. This will allow the Tongueclear team to assist you in filing a claim and send you a new package replacement.
