Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days to return the item after you receive it.
If you are returning an item due to quality issues or because the item was sent to the wrong address, we will pay for the return shipping in full. However, you will need to provide proof of damage (not man-made damage), unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. If you initiate a refund because we sent the wrong item, you will need to provide pictures of the item you received, with tags, and the item cannot be opened or used. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
If you do not like the item after receiving it or if there is any other reason not caused by us, you can also initiate a return request within 30 days after receiving the item without any reason, but the return fee will be borne by you, and the specific fee will be based on the actual amount you paid. Please make sure that your item is in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us at tongueclear@gmail.com with any return questions
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges, but if the exchange is not caused by us, you will need to pay for the return shipping of the item and make sure your item is in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. To get you the item you need faster, please purchase a new item separately once the return is accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
